Decision to continue to destination vs. return to origin

In the video linked below the captain decided to return to the airport he just left rather than continuing to the destination after a blown tire during takeoff. Is it safe to assume factors that cannot be known from the audio are influencing the decision? For example the captain or FO had the discussion with corporate.
