
Been working out for a couple of months now, went from 64 to 70kg. I work out around 2-3x a week. Some examples of my lifts are:
db row bench supported 30kgx9
lat pulldown 65kgx10
incline db bench 18kgx9
Chest press 55kgx9
What advice can y’all give me?
