Been working out for a couple of months now, went from 64 to 70kg. I work out around 2-3x a week. Some examples of my lifts are:
db row bench supported 30kgx9
lat pulldown 65kgx10
incline db bench 18kgx9
Chest press 55kgx9
What advice can y’all give me?

I already booked a doctors appointment. How severe do yall think it is? I’m 21, I don’t have any back pain, but I’ve gotten into lifting and would like to get some opinions. (I try to avoid deadlifts and squats, I try to use dumbbells)
