Maybe I’m not understanding the full context, but why to many fans (presumably older who saw the original films in theaters), care about who shot first between Han Solo and Greedo. It ends with Greedos death regardless so why speculate?

Towards the end of the scenes covering Order 66 in ROTS, Bail Organa lands his ship at the Jedi Temple. He is then told to leave (at gunpoint) by the 501st. He appears to get the message and leaves with questioning.
So why did Zett Jukassa attack the clones. Bail was leaving on his own. Would it not have benefited Zett to just remain hiding?
I’m sure this question has already been answered, if you all could point me in the right direction that would be great!
