my slicer won't slice some beams on a digital sundial

Printer: A1 mini 0.4 nozzle
slicer: bambulab
slicer settings: a1 mini standard except 0,08mm layer height.
fillament: noname Petg
I can't figure out why some beams don't get sliced, I'm using the netfabbed version of the sundial which should already fix these issues but it doesn't and I'm using the recommended layerheight of 0.1 or lower. I am also using a 0.4mm nozzle. are there any other settings that need to be changed, or should I switch to another slicer? If so which slicer would solve this problem?
Edit:
setting wall generation to arachne and setting the minimum feature size to 0% seemed to help the problem, there are still things that don't get sliced, but they are very minor details.
!!these are probably not good settings for print quality, but rather settings to get the model printed at all!!
