NVMe drive disconnecting during heavy use
Hello. I have been having issues lately with my Samsung 990 Pro 2tb. Twice it has happened now, when I transfer large folders in and out of the drive, or even just within the drive, the drive will disconnect entirely. A restart does not fix it, I have to reseat the NVMe completely. I don't think it is a heat issue, as I monitored the thermals and all appeared normal. The drive even appeared on Samsung magician for a short while after it "disconnected" and showed average temps.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3D
MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI
GPU: ASUS ASTRAL RTX 5080
RAM: 64GB DDR5 GSKILL Z(5?) NEO
PSU: Corsair RM1000x Shift
Case: Corsair 5000x
Storage: I have a 980 Pro 1tb as my boot drive, a 1tb SN70, a 120GB PNY, and the 990 Pro (the one that is having problems)
I am considering upgrading my MOBO, but I want opinions first before I make that decision.
