Do NOT buy Zipro walking pads (Decathlon)

TLDR: DO NOT BUY Zipro products (their walking pad electrocuted me several times on the rail) or anything of considerable value from Decathlon. Leaving this here because there wasn't much info online on Zipro when we bought it.

We bought one at a premium price from Decathlon and it was faulty from the beginning. The rail was shocking us! Not only that but also kept turning itself on and changing speed by itself constantly. It was a nightmare to use.

We sent it back for a refund, wasn't even given the option for a refund so they said they fixed it and sent back. Nope, still shocking us on the rail and now they broke the plastic housing for electronics in transit so it's even less safe. The rest of the issues weren't fully fixed either. Sent it back using the packaging they used because I don't enjoy electrocution while walking and naturally it got more damaged on the way. So they are not refunding it either.

Decathlon support is also useless so far. They work with these extremely rude and unreliable couriers that leave the packages at the building front door. Totally unprofessional and extremely unreliable.
