I just broke 2 rips while mountainbiking and it fucking hurts all the time but the most challenging part was getting up from the bed. So i am in bed laying on my back - the only position possible at the moment - and try to get up and fail. I just hurts so bad to crunch. After a couple of miserable failed attempts i have an idea. I remember a video i watched about turkish get ups and how to not crunch at the point of getting up from the laying position and it clicked.
