Hi everyone! I need some advice regarding the placement of an IRA. I am starting a new job soon and while they offer a 401K, it only is 20% deferrals on 3% of what I contribute (so from my understanding 20 cents for every dollar I contribute up to 3% of my wages). So I had planned to invest another 3% into my own IRA but I wasn't sure where to go. I currently use SoFi and really like them, and I noticed they also have a 1% match which is huge since I am not able to contribute a lot right now due to student loan debt. I know most people recommend the big 3 but I would love some input because I am very much a novice when it comes to investing. My previous 401K I just tossed it in my L fund and let it go so I am (admittedly) kind of clueless when it comes to investing.

Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone! I’m asking for some clarification regarding the transition from bassinet to crib! Our LO is 2 months old and she is extremely tall (99th percentile) and she has been able to roll herself from her back to her side since she was only a few weeks old. Just today we were playing on the floor and I will position her on her sides and lo and behold she has figured out how to roll herself from her side to her belly 🥹 But does this mean I have to switch her over to her crib? We’ve been practicing taking naps in her crib due to her height and worrying we wouldn’t have much time left in the bassinet but I just love having her next to the bed.

Note: Her crib is still staying in our room post transition.

Note 2: She has never been able to fully roll from back to belly in one motion yet.
