i am in absolute agony right now. it's constant throbbing pain that keeps waking me up. i have ice on which helps sometimes but im still incredibly swollen and in a lot of pain. i can barely open my mouth and or talk. i'm on some opioids, antibiotics, and ibuprofen but they're really not helping much. does anyone have advice? it's getting so hard to bare this.
