My account was suspended, and I'm trying to make an appeal, or at least retrieve my data. But the link isn't working, and...
This is the email I received. I have until August 20th, but the "Review Details" link won't let me open it, and when I googled what to do, it said:
"To request your data from a deactivated or disabled Instagram account, you must submit a formal appeal or use the "Access and Download Your Information" tool within the Help Center. If your account was disabled for policy violations, you may be blocked from accessing this data."
I want to try to appeal, but more than anything I want my messages and my photos/videos, aka my data.
I don't know what to do, at this point. And I'm really hoping someone who's experienced this can help me! I don't want to lose precious photos, and messages (connections I made with amazing people, and can't find their accounts now 😣)
Please help 🙏 some of my friends that I did find are just as sad to lose my side of our messages, from wonderful and funny conversations. 🥺💔
