Okay so I've been periodically posting about my wrongful termination from Microsoft and have deleted my old account. My update is that I got a call from WSHRC/EEOC today claiming that I should be getting something in the mail with my assigned investigator.
If you or anybody you know has been wrongfully terminated, denied ADA accommodations, subjected to whistleblower retaliation, or subjected to violations of worker protections, now would be the time to organize around that.
