Why are we "allowed" to leave when making a drop off if there's no response but not allowed to do so when the wait time is long? We get 5 cancels per 100 orders. I'm tired of being punished for making common sense choices for both myself and any other orders waiting on me.

There should be a timer for pick up as well. I'm tired of the "it's just five more mins" and I always know it will be 15 or more. But I can only cancel so many times
