Morning sickness is killing me

Please tell me what you guys ate that got you through the nausea?!? Mine is unbearable, I hate every thing except peaches/plums/nectarines and cheesy bread (I'm lactose intolerant). I loath food right now but force myself to eat which makes me more nauseous. On top of that I have extreme fatigue and weakness. All I want to do it eat ice and sleep. Please give me meal or snack ideas

Horrible headaches

I'm just about to be 7 weeks. I have been having horrible headaches on only the right side of my head. I can feel the nerve that hurts, it throbs. It starts at the base of my neck, up over my head to my eyebrow. I've always gotten headaches there from past neck trauma. But now that I'm pregnant it's killing me everyday all day. If I bend over it throbs. Anyone else dealing with headaches like these? My last pregnancy I had migraines everyday for half of my pregnancy, this time it's only one sided. How do you all cope when you feel like this?

I went from doing multiple 10k and 5 k runs, run training, cross training with 1.5 hr pool sessions for foot injuries, strength training, Zumba, hiking, step, Tabata, hiit, etc 6 days a week every week for years, 20 yrs total, to struggling to catch my breath walking to put my shoes on. My strength is down at least 30%, after every workout I feel like shit. I'm 5 weeks about to be 6 weeks and I feel like I'm functioning on a sleeping pill all day. The nausea is worsening every day at gets bad after each workout. I already have round ligament pain. This is baby #3 for me. It's been 9 years since my last pregnancy so having zero gaps in my fitness and going into this, it's a huge mind fuck. I feel guilty for being frustrated, I'm very happy to be pregnant, it's just so hard to go from top of my fitness game to weak so fast.
