Is DoorDash doing this on purpose?
I’m a DashPass member. My order arrived >30 mins late and it seemed like dasher was off doing a tour of Boston after picking up my order (which is typical). This time I got pissed and asked for a refund. Guess what? I clicked the continue button and it’s been loading for 15 mins despite closing the app and running the flow again. Is DoorDash hoping I’ll just not ask for a refund?
