So I was suspended for "Child Saftey" more than 3 weeks ago, I have tried the appeal button you get on the app but got the automatic reply after 7 days.

-The problem now is that my tickets on the support website are getting marked as solved and ignored not even 2 hours after posting and replying to them again doesn't reopen them.
My first one was "solved" after 2 hours and I got no reply, not even from a bot until it was closed after 14 days, and now I have made a follow up and it was solved after less than an hour with no answer at all.

How are you supposed to appeal in a situation like this? Has this happened to anyone here?
What do I do???
