Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the game. Finishing up LW1 currently.

I'm at the place where Scarlet destroys Lions Arch and all I could think of is "why would NPCs still keep living here". This place gets destroyed like every other week it seems. I bet being a real estate investor in Lion's Arch must be a nightmare, I wonder if the citizens even have insurance for all of this shit. It's like Gotham over here.

And I'm only on LW1 so I bet it gets destroyed even more lol
Just wanted to give my thoughts, what do yall think. Maybe work opportunities? Guess it might be like New York since I see 2-3 crackheads outside dancing naked every other day.
