What are some lame bands with one really cool member?

I am thinking Eagles level of lame and Joe Walsh level of cool. Joe Walsh is the only reason I would let an Eagles song play. Don Felder was somewhat cool, but not that cool.

I would put Steve Perry and Journey in that category were it not for the Separate Ways video which shows that, perhaps, Steve Perry is not that cool.

Can you think of any others?
