Received anime (?) figurines today that had my address on the box but a totally different person's name. Is this a brushing scam?

I searched the name on the package and found the social media of someone who lives within 10 miles of me; very strange. I looked the figurines up on Amazon and they are $30 each.

I reported the order to Amazon using their "unwanted amazon order" form. It said they would investigate and get back to me within 10 days, but I can keep the items.
