i bought my laptop about a week ago. it was at 100% battery health but suddenly it dropped to 96 today. The graphic card also randomly stops showing even though i have downloaded installed all drivers and softwares. few days ago i saw a claim xbox ultimate for 3 month. it disappeared as well. KINDLY HELP!!
