Have a Simple routine & an Intricate routine.

I had awful cystic and hormonal acne, as well as eczema and melasma. I remember crying because my pimples had pimples on top of them.

After trying so many things and so many products.. Here’s something I learned the hard way.

Depending on your energy level that day, and what’s going on in your life at that time; You’re not always going to feel like taking care of your skin.

Have a simple routine for when you are not feeling like doing anything and more intricate routine for when you really are feeling like pampering yourself or you’re feeling like you’re in your routine.

Good quality products, Medical grade skincare for the most part is better than, most store bought or high-end products that cost more.

I still have both drugstore, high-end, and Medical grade skincare but my skin still looks good when I only use the Medical grade skincare and I barely do anything as long as I keep those products and keep the base of my routine.
