I’ve only been working here for 5 months and I would like to quit for a better job opportunity. It was fun at first but my manager isn’t the most understanding and doesn’t understand that I have availability restrictions due to school. My manager from my old job got a job at CVS and had recommended me so i’m scared if I quit, It would reflect badly on her especially because it hasn’t been that long since I started working. However, I hardly get scheduled at CVS and they never accommodate my time off requests. How do I go about quitting?
