Description of Original Problem: Severe jagged edges on any and all 3D games, getting worse with distance/zoom. Applies to all games regardless of AA method and has been a consistent issue for months.
Troubleshooting: I've tried every resolution and AA related setting both in-game and in Adrenalin, tried different resolutions, different monitors, different refresh rates etc. Problem is consistent in both windowed and fullscreen on both a 1080p and a 1440p monitor. Example images are in CS2 although problem persists in all games I have tested, including but not limited to Portal 2, FFXIV, Half-Life 2, and many others. Problem is very distracting and makes anything far away look like a blurry mess.
