Hey everyone!

So this is my first time trying to upgrade anything on my own so I wanted some advice, I have an HP Omen 16 laptop that came with one 16 GB RAM stick with 5600 MT/s and I was hoping to upgrade it to 32 GB with a 2nd 16 GB stick, I know you have to match the Speed at least otherwise it'll operate at the lower ones peak

My question is, will these be okay to add on to the laptop without any problems? And also, which one of the two is better and more reliable? I don't mind spending more on the Transcend one if it is better
