I was contacted by a recruiter about a position that sounded like a good fit. We had some good conversations and I thought the process was going fairly well. I've worked with this company before and I'm used to their processes. We were nearly to the point of them forwarding my resume to the client when I was asked for an accompanying photo.

"Oh.. that's a bit odd. Why do you need that...?"

"I just like my clients to see who I'm representing before they offer to interview."

I blocked homie. I should have reported him, because that's not anything their company actually does, for obvious reasons.
