So my Crispi only came with "Keep Warm" "Recrisp" "Roast" and "Air Fry". Didn't realize there were other models in specific regions that had other options like Max Crisp, Bake, etc. It got confusing since the manual only showed a temperature spectrum for the modes. I did Google the temp of specific mode but the different regional versions made search results unreliable.

Does that mean I shouldn't bake with this one? My wife kinda planned to make brownies and other pastry but just wondering how that would work here since I don't know specific temps for each mode and the only cooking modes here seem to be just Roast and Air Fry.
