So I have had a fan issue on my PC where the case fans will usually spin slowly on startup. Like incredibly slowly. I have to use my fan remote's S+ button to speed them up to normal speed. The PC will occasionally start up normally, but it is pretty rare, for it is only once every 6 or so boots. A few other things can happen when starting my pc up, such as the fan that is unplugged from my fan hub making a loud buzzing noise or the RGB flickering green. The buzzing is accompanied by a constant orange and green RGB color. The flickering RBG is usually accompanied by medium to normal speed fans. I can get rid of these issues by putting my computer into sleep and turning it back on, but it does not work every time and can take up to 4 tries. Occasionally, after normally using my pc for about 30-40 minutes straight, the RGB lights will either completely turn off or the fans will start to move at around 400 rpm (not exactly sure what rpm but that would be my guess) I am not sure if the slow-ish fans after a bit are a problem though, since it only happens in non-demanding games such as geometry dash and Minecraft java edition (no mods or shaders.) That is about all the info I have on this issue so far and I hope that someone will help me fix it since I haven't found a fix and it has been an issue for about 4 months now.
Note: Issue only happens with case fans.
