Hey guys I’m hoping someone here can help. I have a katana 11ud that has two problems. The first one is small and it ends up actually being nice every now and then but when I shut the lid the screen will go off but it won’t actually go to sleep it’s nice because I can hook it up to my tv and remotely wake and put it back to sleep. However the bigger issue is when I want to fully shutdown the laptop I have to unplug it from the charger. If the charger is plugged in and I shutdown it just boots right back up. The thing is though it’s kinda inconsistent what it seems like is at some point it’ll have no issue shutting down for a couple week but then it’s starts acting up again for a few months.
