(sorry for the bad pics, I couldn't see my phone obviously)

So I have some sort of zips in my eye since a few months. I have one on top and one on the bottom. I thought it was a stye or something, but my friend who's a nurse told me it's probably not that 'cause it doesn't hurt at all or anything. It's just a tiny bit noticable because the one at the bottom of my eye makes my skin a bit red, but that's all.

Also english isn't my first language so sorry if some words don't make sense

What is it ? How to make it leave ?
