So Kyle's DJ career has been the butt of many jokes, with people often saying he's too old to DJ. However, this "43 is too old" stance makes no sense.

Some of the best, most award winning DJ's are his age or older:

• David Guetta, arguably the #1 DJ in the world right now, is 58.
• Steve Aoki is 48.
• Calvin Harris is 42.
• Black Coffee, 50, and didn't win World's Best DJ until 2 years ago!

Becoming great at anything requires time, dedication, practice, and the willingness to make mistakes. DJing is a craft that takes years to master, and it's exciting to see Kyle finally hitting his stride and earning positive recognition.

It takes real courage to leave a "safe" white collar career path to pursue your passion — that deserves admiration, not ridicule.

This has been weighing on me because I think many of us have chosen jobs that look good on paper or pay well, but ultimately leave us unfulfilled or emotionally drained. Watching Kyle, Carl, and Ciara take risks and chase their passions is genuinely inspiring.
