Hi!, I have an interview coming up for the MAC Specialty Artist position at Ulta and I wanted to hear from those who work there. I’m a licensed cosmetologist with about 5 years of retail/sales experience and makeup services (freelance, events, etc.) How is the pay structure? Is it mainly hourly or are there bonuses/commissions? What does a typical day look like? Is it mostly selling or do you actually get to do makeup consistently? Please let me know, thanks!
