Is there anything I can do to get rid of this type of algae? And how do I prevent it in the future?

All my plants are more or less covered in dark spots. Small fuzzy hair is starting to grow on some. There's a green tint on the glass.

I do water change every 1-2 weeks. Lights are on 16 hours a day (automatic timer).

Is there something I can add to the water to get rid of it now? Or would I have to replace all plants and simply do it differently?
