I’m kind of newer to having a pc, when my school macbook gave out… I decided to kill two birds with one stone and purchased an Acer Nitro V15. It’s a 5060 graphics 16GB RAM 1TB SSD and 8 GB (I barely know what any of that means and idk if it contributes to the problem)… I got it in the beginning of the school year, say September-December 2025. I use it for gaming and uni. I got 662 GB used and 289 GB free which I would usually think is the issue but I know it’s a good pc and I assume it should be able to handle it.

POINT IS, it keeps freezing randomly and after a few minutes I get the infamous “your pc ran into a problem…” screen, I’ve seen a few people deal with this but I get this screen like once a week at least (usually when I open a game with something running in the background like music or Netflix, or even when I open like a few tabs then Microsoft word but it’s also happened when I only had like just Netflix running)… so as a new pc user, I need some help…
