Should I hold my Crypto Passive (in USDC) or should i sell it monthly to PHP (via P2P)?

I have a considerable stablecoins parked in various defi.

On a good month I could earn 30-40k PHP (converted). What ive been doing so far is convert my USDC passive to PHP every month. But recently I started rethinking if this is the right way considering the value of PHP is steadily declining.

Any thoughts? Am I doing fine or just overthinking it? Should i just hold the USDC or do you people know any other way to save value?

Damn it, it's so frustrating. I love her very much. It was a short relationship, but it was some of the best experiences I have had with a woman. She took me out of my comfort zone. I did things I never thought I would, and felt things I thought I would never feel again.

But we had to end it, over one simple misunderstanding. Over a misalignment in our values. We could've worked on it, but our pride and our standards wouldn't let us. It was fun, but it had to end.

I miss her very much. Im thinking about her every second and can't even focus on my work. I wanna go to her place, hug her, and tell her I don't wanna lose her. Hays. I never thought I'd be this heartbroken again. After my first breakup, I thought I'd toughened myself up enough. Turns out, once you truly love someone, you'll be in pain whether you like it or not.

Hays. Fuck me. I hate this feeling.
