I’m looking for a place that really values a good scoop. It’s a proxy measure for anti-racist tendencies.

Other considerations:
-Must have blue politics
-Good weather. Always between 68 - 72 degrees.
-cheap. Need to be able to buy a 3k sq ft home for UNDER 400k.
-Absolutely NO roaches

Bonus points for states stating with ‘A’. I don’t like scrolling to input my home address on online forms.
