I'm sorry for the bad grammar, english it's not my first language and I'm having a bad moment.
So, I'm 23 years old, and I love my job, but sadly the payments are not in time, for example, I was supposed to get paid the 15th, today it's 27 and I haven't got paid, this applies to the whole team (I don't know if it matters, but I work in home office). I've always had a problematic relationship with both of my parents, I would say it's fault of all of us since I've just kept my mouth closed and not making some things worse, but the main reason it's that both of them are very disappointed on me and my mother has explicit said that she wants to argue and make everyone miserable, but she uses her hyperthyroidism and the hormones.
I do help and contribute to the house, I do all the cleaning, I Don't cook but I give them money to the shopping and pay services like internet, gas and phone bill. I genuinely don't know why they're being like this, but they say that I do need to leave to "learn how it's the real life", saying that my job it's useless if they don't pay me in time.
I don't know what to do, I genuinely never thought they would kick me out since we've had a bad relationship, but I always helped both financially and the chores, I take care of them when they get sick, I still love them.
