Is it kahm, or not? Like, it's not brainy like usual, but I'm still not sure. We're on day 8, and still a bit on the sweet side. 19/20°C in the house.

Recipe was:

400ml tea

90g sugar

900ml water

150ml scoby (old sour kombucha, probably vinegar at that point)
