hey group i was declared MMI 2/1/2026 had a work related injury 12/27/25 treating doc says its not work related and says i will be removed from care its been 3 months attorney keeps saying he has to wait for an emergancy hearing because i was declared MMI but im still in alot of pain it was a lower back injury i was diag with bertolotti syndrome and because of this its a medical condition not a work related injury my question is can this be consider work related due to aggrevation what should i do change attotneys or take a loss i still cant return to work till i have surgery
