My boyfriend and I are ready to be married, he’s bought the ring and everything. My parents are very religious and his are not. My parents do not approve of us being married, but his do. I do not want to go against my parents will and cause a fight, but I also am ready to be married and know this is the right thing for us. Do I just ignore my parents opinions because this is my life? I have unfortunately always been a people pleaser.
