For context, I'm 41 yo, obese, irregular menses majority of my adult life. 5 yrs trying to conceive, finally decided to go an IVF clinic. Workup done, FSH elevated, AMH severely low. On utz, i have one follicle that's not big enough for ER. I have a scheduled follow up in 2 days, doc wants to see if it grows on its own. If not, will wait for the next cycle.

I feel so devstated. Anyone here who has same case as mine? I need some reassurance. What should I do?
