I have a US75 NVME SSD from them that’s only 13 Months old, and it died recently. Or more accurately, it’s on its last legs. The drive will (sometimes) show up in windows or macOS and work for about 2 minutes. But once I load a large file like an MP4, it freezes up and dies. When installed in my motherboard it kernel panic’s Windows and if it’s in an external enclosure it freezes file manager. I can get further along with macOS but it typically just disconnects after 5 minutes. My question is what the hell do I do? Silicon Power’s website is confusing to me and I cannot figure out how to make a claim for the life of me. Anyone have any tips?
