I need support.
I’ve been asked, idk why but multiple times now by Revolut to upload my proof of immigration because according to them the original documents they had expired but that’s not logically possible because they are valid till 2027.
I have tried to communicate the same to them and tried uploading the documents but im given the same error and notification of “need details to transition to bank account”.
Now I got an email which says that if i don’t provide the documents my account would be put on limitation.
Can someone tell me if there is a deadline to provide this so called document that I already provided but they could not verify?
Im frustrated and planning on just closing my account now. Please help.
I don’t have crypto account, i am an international student and only use revolut because i get my scholarship stipend from Uk govt and monthly expenses from my dad to my revolut.
