AITAH? Instagram comment
Hello all, I need to know AITA after a comment I left on an instagram post that my partner ended up seeing and was not happy about it. He did take it out of context (I think). But I want to ask the world of Reddit if I actually made a really stupid mistake.
The post was a man serving cannolis in a cowboy hat, and there were a lot of men in the comments saying things like “I thought I was straight 5 minutes ago” and “do I like dudes now?” Underneath one of those comments, I tried to make a stupid joke and said “did you just get pregnant too 😆?”.
To which my partner saw, and thinks that I was insinuating that I wanted to be impregnated by this man. Which that’s not what I was trying to say at all. I was commenting under a man’s comment, and obviously men cannot get pregnant, that’s why I thought it was a funny (and stupid) joke.
my partner is really upset with me and I’m not sure how to fix this. AITA?
