How to make friends?

hello everyone,

i’m pretty crushingly lonely as the only friend i have besides my family is my partner, but the relationship is in a tough spot rn (bc of my own mistakes), and i really need to make some friends irl. i fortunately live in a pretty blue area on the east coast of the US, so i don’t have to worry \*too much\* about it being totally barren as far as queer spaces go, but i’ve never made any friends before while presenting fem, and am very early on into my transition, and have only come out to my partner and family.

and yeah, i’m rambling atp but basically, I wanna make friends that i can relate to, and be part of a community. how do you do it? where should i go for platonic relationships with other queer and queer-accepting people?

thanks.

lexapro making me dumber?

hi so,

i can’t tell if lexapro is making me dumber or not?
i know depression and stress was for a fact making me lose memory and be way less sharp and smart than i was before, but i guess there’s something of a fog that i feel now after being on lexapro (brand) (10mg) for about a year now, that feels a little unique to the depression fog. don’t get me wrong, lex has tremendously helped me with stability, though i’m still quite depressed, but i feel less sharp, and my memory has certainly suffered.

thanks!

will body language change?

hello everyone, i’ve only been on estrogen for a little bit (4 months) and i had a question just to know what to potentially expect or not expect in terms of hormones alone. Can/will hormones by themselves change my body language at all? will my musculature and ligaments and stuff like that changing affect my body language to look more feminine or would that be something i have to do through training (or both?)

thank you!

edit: additional question!:

does anyone happen to have any tips of training body language, gait, etc? thank you everyone!
