Hi. My husband is on a skilled worker visa (valid until 03/2029), my spouse visa is valid until 06/2027 and our baby (born in UK) is on a dependent visa also until 06/2027.
We are planning to extend/renew my spouse visa and baby’s visa. (So until 03/2029)
My husband will have in 03/2029 his 5 years full and wants to apply for ILR. 28 days before visa expires. (he’s planning it with the express because he needs to travel for work). I’ve read that we can apply for the baby for the citizenship. Is this at the same time possible or does his ILR needs to be approved first? And for my spouse visa (can’t get ILR because I’m not 5 years) do I have to wait for his to be approved first or can we submit all together?
