Hello, ive been having performance issues recently. My GPU and CPU run so hot they are constantly throttling. Last time I posted people said to repaste it and temps will lower. Is there an easy tutorial to follow to do this? I've replaced battery and RAM in laptops but nothing ever like this. What thermal paste or liquid metal should I buy? How do I not screw my computer doing this? Thanks!
