Bill paid but not updated
I paid the my JioFiber bill on 10th May 6.27am through Paytm but it didn't reflect on the app and I didn't recieve an e-bill on my email.
It has been 2 days and my account is suspended now. What can I do now. Tried talking to agent through the chat option in my jio app but the bot didn't connect me to a human agent. Their inbox if full so my issue mail didn't sent.
Please help
