Recently sent in my daily driver 2020 Pelagos 42 for service - it was running 10 seconds slow per day, manual date wasn't working and it had begun stopping at night while resting on my nightstand. Called New York and the very helpful young lady emailed the form and instructions right away.

Sent watch to NY for full overhaul on 3/23, registered USPS. Shipping took 2 1/2 weeks 💀.

Received (and okayed) service estimate on 4/14 $475 plus shipping.

Notified of service delay for parts on 4/22 - no extra charges.

Received completion notice and invoice 5/1.

Watch shipped out next day Fedex on 5/5.

Received watch on 5/6, very nicely packaged, with pouch and 2 year warranty card. Watch is now running dead nuts.
