I bought a used Blue BB58 last year to use as my daily beater. I love the watch and Tudor's brand offering in general, but am surprised by the lack of exterior durability for a tool watch.

I've owned it for 6 months and in that time the bezel has gotten stuck a couple of times, and the lume pip also randomly fell out (not covered by warranty). I'd expect a dive/tool watch to be a bit more durable than that. Even the Seiko and Orient dive watches i had in the past never had these issues.

I bought it in good condition from someone I know had a huge collection and hardly wore it. I wear it daily including going to the beach, DIYing etc, but I'm an accountant so it is not exactly getting hard wear and tear.

Thanks to my helpful friends on the page I adjusted the band. (I had just purchased and took pics in the parking lot lol). Again, overly satisfied with how much you get with this watch for the price point. I actually went in to buy a Cartier Santos and instead bought my third Tudor. Normally hate diamonds in a dial but this one I actually like.

Walked in to the store first day of my Vegas trip and fell in love with this one. Had to grab it before I leave.

I’ve been debating a new watch for far too long. The. I came upon the Black Bay 58 in blue and it called to me. So I’ve made it mine. I absolutely love how it fits my 7.5 inch/19cm wrist. Pretty stoked about this.

Just got married this past week and a family friend gifted this beauty. So excited to wear this!

Figured I’d share the results(and some cool pics I took last night using the light box my wife got me for Christmas)… I bought the watch new in August of ‘23. Over the last couple months, it was consistently losing about 8s/d. It also had pretty low amplitude, even on a full wind. They don’t tell you exactly what services were performed on a warranty claim but, over the 9 days since getting it back, it has gained a little less than 2 seconds total and the amplitude is ~290°. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. In an ideal world, the watch would run forever, service-free. I’m just grateful for the peace of mind that comes from having a great factory warranty. Plus, I can justify using the money saved on a service towards the next watch in my collection.

I really want an fxd, but I have an 8" wrist and hate how much of the Velcro shows on my wrist.

Can anyone tell me about this watch? Its beat up and in bad shape but it's thought it was really cool since it looks pretty old and it has the PAL logo on it. I saw some things online saying they gave these out for 25 years of service, but this one looks different from what I've seen online.

the watch guy also told me this would be $1400 USD.
