just bought this turd of a house, guys who are taking the stucco off noticed our ridge cap blew off. Small amount of wind last night, nothing crazy. The roof is only two years old. How does this happen ? Is anything missing? This tells me there is only a layer of shingles and mesh covering the ridge line? is that right?? Already in contact with the install roofer to fix but want it done right.
