2 months ago I bought a Quest Pro, and I was super excited.
I have had a Quest 2 for 4 years, so I know what I am doing, and I was being very gentle with the headset and controllers.
A week later, my left controller stops working, so I contact support and I sent the controller to them and waited for them to send me a new one. They got my controller, but they haven't sent me back a working one.
That was a month ago.
I reply back to support every few days checking in, and they keep saying that they are "investigating my case" and "monitoring the situation". I don't understand, and I'm extremely frustrated.
Bottom line is, I don't know what to do. I paid a lot of money for this headset, and I don't want to get stuck in processing hell. Has anyone else had something like this happen with Meta support, and what do you all think I should do?
